my teacher is so stupid. "pagans were inconsistent multi god bull sacrificers" reducing polytheism to "bull sacrifice" is propaganda used to justify the forced conversion of europe. you can't apply the monotheistic standard to just anything and expect the same clean result. "one city worshipped jupiter and the next worshipped trees, they couldn't make up their minds" catholic.. methodist.. baptist.. mormon.. the list goes on. christians are inconsistent also. regional variation isn't exclusive to paganism, diversity of practice doesn't automatically mean contradiction. pagan is an umbrella term. get me out of here.
